Precision assembly control in oven production
In the project implemented at BSH's oven production factory in Çerkezköy, the brackets mounted on the oven glass were tracked and recorded based on the basket ID.
The project was carried out to ensure the traceability of the glass–bracket–product component relationship and to prevent assembly errors.
Component matching difficulties
There was a risk of incorrect matching of glass and bracket components during oven door assembly.

Bracket and Basket Traceability
Brackets were tracked according to basket IDs. Baskets were scanned at the glass bonding station, verifying oven glass lot numbers against bracket lot numbers. At the assembly stage, the lot number of the relevant glass trolley was associated with the oven's unique serial number.
