Lot / Batch Tracking
Lot and batch tracking enables the monitoring of groups of products produced under the same raw material, recipe, or process conditions under a common lot or batch number. All movements from raw material acceptance to production, quality control, packaging, warehousing, and shipping are recorded.
Raw material lots, recipe information, production parameters, laboratory results, and shipment records are associated with the relevant batch. This way, in case of quality issues or product recalls, only the affected batches can be quickly identified.
