Pick to Light is a digital operator support system that guides operators to the correct material using light indicators in assembly, kitting, order picking, and line feeding operations. The system automatically determines the part to be used and the operation sequence according to the production order or product recipe.
Operating in integration with barcode, RFID, sensor, camera, torque devices, PLC, and HMI systems, this solution establishes a poka-yoke infrastructure that prevents wrong part usage, missing assembly, and sequence errors.
